Continuing Global Attendance of Premier European Pharma Partnering Event
Dielheim/Heidelberg, Germany, 19 October 2009: euroPLX 41 Barcelona is now closed for registration in order to ensure an orderly match-making of partners prior to the event. Barcelona's premier pharma partnering event is once more fully booked by pharma and biotech companies from 35 countries worldwide and will be held on November 2 + 3, 2009.
Almost 30% of the participating companies are new-comers, i.e. they have never had a delegate at a euroPLX Meeting before. Most of the new-comers were attracted to euroPLX by word of mouth.
For the organisers this is a clear sign that euroPLX, which has been founded in 1995 as the world's first no-lecture, no-presentation forum for pharma deals, continues to lead the way in pharma partnering.
Known for its efficient, non-chaotic partnering process, the euroPLX platform delivers an average of 23 to 24 pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments per participating companies, a number that is unrivaled by other partnering events. Contrary to those, euroPLX
• limits the number of participating companies to a mathematically ideal number,
• admits core industry only and keeps others out,
• features a dynamic partnering focus and priority-rank partnering system.
The next event, euroPLX 42 Valletta (Malta), will be held on March 1 + 2, 2010, in the Hilton Malta, Portomaso, St. Julians, bordering on the northern city limit of Valletta.
