Starting 2021: Advanced Interaction Platform for Pharma Business Development
Heidelberg, 5. January 2021. A new and advanced analogous and digital platform for the business development of pharmaceutical companies was tested as a prototype for several weeks and has now been completed and introduced in its final version by Heidelberg, Germany, based RauCon GmbH & Co. KG. The new »Marketplace for Pharma Business Opportunities« is online since the beginning of the year.
The »Marketplace« is visited by executives of the global pharmaceutical who are responsible for their companies’ business development. Following an online information exchange on business opportunities, they prenegotiate by video within a secure online environment at www.raucon.com. The negotiations then continue in person during a two-days event at conference facilities in Europe and Asia right after which participants can arrange follow-up video meetings during the two weeks to follow. The number of meetings is limited only by the participants’ availabilities and agendas.
The new system provides for a smooth and flexible transition between in-person and video negotiations . If required, participants are able to switch from physical to virtual mode anytime and move already fixed meetings with their counterparts’ consents easily by means of online tools designed just for this purpose.
The »Marketplace for Pharma Business Opportunities« is an extended and greatly enhanced new format of the earlier euroPLX (European Pharma License Exchange) Partnering Conferences which were introduced by RauCon in 1995 as the first business-only partnering events worldwide without any lectures, presentations or other distractions. Since 1995 more than 70 such events were held for almost 1,900 pharmaceutical companies from 86 countries.
